Sales Content Integrations

Sales content integrations connect the library your team already uses — Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, and others — to Outdoo. The point is to avoid maintaining your enablement content twice: the decks, one-pagers, and battlecards stay where they are, and Outdoo references them in coaching and practice.

Go to Settings > Ecosystem > Sales Content.

What you can connect

Outdoo supports a wide range of content platforms, including Allego, Bigtincan, Bloomfire, ClearSlide, Dock, Highspot, Mediafly, Paperflite, Qwilr, SalesHood, Seismic, Showell, Showpad, and Spekit. Each has its own article with the specific connection steps.

How the page works

Every platform appears as a card. The filter tabs above the list let you see all platforms, only your active connections, or only the inactive ones, and the search box narrows a long list quickly. If you search and nothing matches, the page tells you rather than showing an empty grid.

Cards can be marked as beta, coming soon, or needing support. A card that needs support requires a step on our side before you can connect it — write to us and we will enable it for your workspace.

Connecting a platform

  • Find your platform and click its card.
  • Follow the connection steps shown. Most use an OAuth sign-in; a few need an API key from your platform's admin area.
  • Approve the access request and you are returned to Outdoo with the connection active.

You need admin rights in the content platform, since the connection reads across the library rather than only your personal content.

What the connection is used for

Once connected, content from your library can be referenced as resources — attached to courses as reading material, or given to a roleplay agent and scorecard as the source of truth for what a good conversation sounds like. That means a battlecard update in your content platform flows into what Outdoo coaches against, without anyone re-uploading a file.

If you would rather upload documents directly to Outdoo instead, the Managing resources article covers that path.

Removing a connection

Open the platform's card again and disconnect. Content already attached to a course or an agent stays attached until you change it, but Outdoo stops reading new updates from the library.
