How to Change the Format of Messages in Outdoo AI?

Outdoo AI allows you to customise the format of notifications by modifying notification templates in the settings. Follow the steps below to update the message format:

1. Go to Company Settings:
   • Navigate to the Company Settings page in Outdoo AI.
2. Access the Conversation Capture Section:
   • In the left-hand menu, select Conversation Capture.
3. Open Notification Templates:
   • Click on Notification Templates to access and edit message formats.
4. Modify the Template:
   • Locate the specific notification template you want to update.
   • Customize the message format according to your requirements.
5. Save Your Changes:
   • Click Save to apply the updated message format.

Your notification templates are now updated, ensuring the messages appear as needed.
