Reports overview

Learn how to generate and schedule automated reports to track team activity, call status, CRM updates, playbook performance, and platform utilization.

The Reports section generates scheduled or on-demand exports of team activity data. Each report type covers a different aspect of what is happening in your pipeline and how the team is using Outdoo.

Go to Settings > Reports to configure and download reports. This section is available to admins and managers.

Available report types

Call status report

Shows the status of all calls within a selected time range — recorded, processing, failed, or incomplete. Use this to audit recording coverage across the team and identify gaps where calls are not being captured.

CRM field update report

Shows which CRM fields Outdoo has updated and when. Use this to verify that CRM sync is working as expected and to audit the data flowing from Outdoo into your deals, contacts, or accounts. This is useful when troubleshooting CRM integration issues or validating that playbook data is landing correctly.

Playbook report

Shows how playbooks are performing across calls — which sections are being filled, which are consistently empty, and how the generated content compares across reps and call types. Use this to identify playbook sections that are not capturing useful data and may need to be revised or removed.

Utilization report

Shows how actively team members are using Outdoo — calls recorded, calls reviewed, comments left, scorecards submitted, and time spent in the platform. Use this for adoption tracking during rollout or for ongoing monitoring of whether coaching workflows are being followed.

Scheduling reports

Most reports can be sent automatically on a recurring schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly — to one or more email addresses. To set up a scheduled report, open the report type, set your date range and filters, and enable the schedule option. Reports are delivered as CSV attachments.
