Configure an Integration
Every integration in Outdoo — CRMs, dialers, calendars, LMS platforms, sales content tools, and conversation intelligence tools — opens the same connection page. This article explains what that page does, so you know what to expect whichever tool you are connecting.
You always arrive here from a directory page rather than from the main menu. Pick a tool from All CRMs, Dialers, LMS, Sales Content, Conversation Intelligence, or Data Cloud, and the connection page opens for that tool.
What the connection page shows
- The tool's name and logo, so you can confirm you are on the right one.
- Its current state: connected, not connected, or awaiting setup by our team.
- The connection steps for that specific tool. Most tools use an OAuth sign-in; some need an API key or an account identifier that you paste in.
- The settings that tool supports once it is connected.
Because each tool exposes different options, the lower half of the page varies. A CRM offers field and sync settings; a dialer offers recording capture options; an LMS offers course export settings.
Connecting
- Click the connect or sign-in action on the page.
- Complete the sign-in in the window that opens, and approve the access Outdoo asks for.
- You are returned to Outdoo and the page updates to show the connection as active.
Two things commonly block this step. The first is permissions — you need admin rights in the tool you are connecting, not just a user account. The second is pop-up blocking, since the sign-in opens in a new window; if nothing appears, allow pop-ups for Outdoo and try again.
Tools that need our help
Some integrations are marked as needing support. These need a step on our side — an account provisioned, a partner key issued, or a beta flag enabled — before the connect action does anything. Write to us and we will turn it on for your workspace.
Changing or removing a connection
Reopen the same page at any time to adjust settings or to disconnect. Disconnecting stops future data flow in both directions but leaves data already exchanged in place.
