Outdoo AI's Ask Anything feature gives you quick answers to questions about deals, accounts, and contacts. It draws from up to 80 recent emails and 10 recent calls, helping you extract key information from conversations without manual review.
Note: Unrecorded meetings and automatic replies are excluded.
How to ask questions about accounts and deals
Where to access it
- From a deal: select the deal, go to Top bar > Ask anything, and ask about the deal or the account.
- From the homepage: select an account, then choose a specific deal or ask about all associated deals.
Get instant deal updates
You can get a quick summary of recent progress without reviewing emails or calls manually.
- Click the Ask Anything field and enter "What's happened since last week?"
- The AI returns a summary of relevant developments in emails and calls from the previous Sunday onward.
Tips for writing effective prompts
Be specific
- Avoid vague prompts like "What was their problem?"
- Use detailed instructions like "What's the biggest problem that Acme Solutions is trying to solve?"
Include account names
- Use "What are Acme's business goals?" rather than "What are their business goals?"
Focus on past conversations
- Frame questions around content from recent calls and emails for richer, more accurate results.
Use natural language
- Write questions conversationally, as if speaking to a person. For example: "What are Acme's top pain points?"
Ask one question at a time
- Stick to one query per prompt. Responses do not reference previous questions.
Example questions
- "What did the customer say about the price of our offer?"
- "Summarize Acme's objections in bullet form."
- "What are Acme's business pain points?"
- "What specific pricing was discussed?"
- "What does Acme prefer about our product versus competitors?"
