How to integrate ZoomInfo Chorus with Outdoo

  • Open OutdooSettings → Ecosystem → Conversation Intelligence
  • Generate a Chorus API Key (Chorus admin required):
  • Go to Settings → API Access
  • Click Create API Key
  • Add the key in Outdoo, Save, then Test
  • Import recordings: Conversation → Calls → Import from Chorus
  • Create a roleplay: Open an imported call → Create Roleplay → configure scenario, persona, goals, scoring → Publish
