Zoom and Outdoo AI

If you use Zoom as your primary video conferencing tool, it is essential to integrate it with Outdoo AI. Once integrated, Outdoo AI can analyze your scheduled meetings and fetch your Zoom recorded conversations for deeper insights.

Steps to Integrate Zoom with Outdoo AI:

• Go to Profile > My Settings > Meeting Tools
  Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen and select My Settings and go to Meeting Tools from the dropdown menu. 

• Click on the 'Connect' button
  Locate the Zoom integration and click on the "Connect" button.

• Log in to Zoom (if prompted)
  If you are not already logged into your Zoom account, you will be prompted to log in.

• Approve Outdoo AI on the Zoom Meetings
  You will be redirected to Zoom Meetings to authorize the integration. Click "Allow" to approve Outdoo AI's access.

That’s it! You have successfully connected your Zoom account with Outdoo AI. Your scheduled meetings and Zoom recordings will now automatically sync for seamless conversation analysis.
