Set a call as private

Learn how to mark calls as private to restrict access to sensitive conversations. Only the call owner, internal participants, and explicitly shared users can view private calls.

When conversations include sensitive topics, you can restrict who can view a recorded call by marking it private in Outdoo AI.

Set a recorded call as private

You can make a recorded call private at any time, before or after the call takes place. By default, a private call is visible only to:

  • The call owner
  • Internal participants on the call
  • Anyone the owner has explicitly shared the call with

To set a call as private:

  • Open the call page.
  • Click More Options in the top-right corner.
  • Select Set Call as Private.

To make the call public again, repeat the same steps and select Set Call as Public.

Tech admins can configure calls to be private by default. This setting applies to new calls and must be enabled by your Outdoo AI administrator.
