Incorrect speakers identified in the meeting

Sometimes, AI may incorrectly identify the speakers during a meeting. If you need to reassign the speakers and regenerate AI-generated insights, such as summaries or playbooks, follow the steps below to correct the speaker mapping.

Steps to Reassign Speakers:

1. Access the Meeting:
Open the meeting where you want to reassign the speakers.

2. Navigate to "Manage Speakers":
Look for the "Manage Speakers" option within the meeting interface. Clicking this will display the current speaker mapping.

3. Adjust the Speaker Assignments:
You will see a list of speakers with their current assignments. For example, if the AI mistakenly identified two speakers, you can reassign them. In this case, you might want to swap Heather with For Us, so that each speaker is correctly attributed.

4. Save and Regenerate Insights:
Once you've adjusted the speaker assignments, click "Save." You will be prompted to regenerate the AI insights for the meeting. Ensure you select the option to regenerate summaries and any other relevant insights, such as playbooks.

5. Confirm the Regeneration:
After confirming the regeneration, the AI will process the updated speaker mappings and provide you with the new summaries or playbooks.
