By integrating Ringcentral with Outdoo AI, you can automatically sync call recordings, gain actionable insights, and turn those calls into a foundation for coaching and AI roleplay practice.

This integration centralizes all your Ringcentral conversations inside Outdoo, where you can review transcripts and summaries, surface coachable moments, create AI roleplays from real calls, and build custom roleplay agents that mirror real buyer behaviour. Coaching insights from each roleplay help reps improve before their next live call.

What Can This Integration Do?

Automatic Call Sync:

How to Integrate RingCentral with Outdoo

Enable Call Recording in RingCentral:

Ensure that call recording is enabled within your RingCentral account by following the relevant steps in RingCentral’s documentation.

Connect RingCentral to Outdoo:

  • Log into your Outdoo account.
  • Click Connect, it will ask for authentication. Once done, it will be connected.
  • That’s It!

Your RingCentral calls will now automatically sync with Outdoo, providing you with actionable insights to refine your sales and support strategies.

Mapping RingCentral users to Outdoo

The RingCentral Extension ID is a unique numeric identifier for a user and is different from the user's extension number (for example, 101 or 102).

Extension ID is not same as Extention number. To connect RingCentral you would need Extension ID.

To locate the Extension ID:
1. Log in to the RingCentral Admin Portal.
2. Navigate to Users and open the desired user profile.
3. In the browser URL, you will see a link similar to:
https://service.ringcentral.com/adminportal/userDetails/12345678
4. The numeric value at the end of the URL (123456789 in this example) is the user's Extension ID.
5. Copy this value and enter it into the Extension field against the respective user in Settings > Team Management > User > Edit Permissions

Imp: Externsion ID is a must to fetch the call recordings of the user.
