How Can I Change My Email Address?
Learn how to update a team member's email address in Outdoo AI using the add new member and remove old member workflow.
The platform does not support editing a team member's email address once it has been added. However, you can use the following workaround to update an email address.
Step 1: Add a New Member
- Navigate to People Settings > Team Management
- Click on Add New Member
- Enter the new email address you want to use
- Assign the appropriate permissions (Admin or Technical Admin)
- Save the changes
Step 2: Remove the Old Member
- Once the new member has been added, go to Team Management
- Locate the existing member with the outdated email address
- Delete the old member from the team
Following these steps lets you effectively update a team member's email address.
