How can I change my email address?

Currently, our platform does not support editing a team member's email address once it has been added. However, you can use the following workaround to update an email address:

Step 1: Add a New Member

  1. Navigate to People Settings > Team Management.
  2. Click on Add New Member.
  3. Enter the new email address you want to use.
  4. Assign the appropriate permissions (Admin or Technical Admin).
  5. Save the changes.

Step 2: Remove the Old Member

  1. Once the new member has been added, go to Team Management.
  2. Locate the existing member with the outdated email address.
  3. Delete the old member from the team.

By following these steps, you can effectively update a team member’s email address.
