How can I change my email address?
Currently, our platform does not support editing a team member's email address once it has been added. However, you can use the following workaround to update an email address:
Step 1: Add a New Member
- Navigate to People Settings > Team Management.
- Click on Add New Member.
- Enter the new email address you want to use.
- Assign the appropriate permissions (Admin or Technical Admin).
- Save the changes.
Step 2: Remove the Old Member
- Once the new member has been added, go to Team Management.
- Locate the existing member with the outdated email address.
- Delete the old member from the team.
By following these steps, you can effectively update a team member’s email address.
