Clari continues to handle analytics while Outdoo focuses on practice, coaching, and skill improvement.

How to integrate Clari Copilot with Outdoo
- Open Outdoo → Settings → Ecosystem → Conversation Intelligence
- Secure credentials from Clari: Request API key and password from Clari.
- (If time-bound) Verify the end date of your Copilot access for migrations.
- Have your Outdoo Customer API Key handy.
- Add Clari key/password in Outdoo, Save, then Test
- Import recordings: Conversation → Calls → Import from Clari Copilot
- Create a roleplay: Open an imported call → Create Roleplay → set scenario, persona, goals, scoring → Publish
