Intro to Playbooks

Playbook helps to create documents for a call or deal. Example: customized summaries, marketing ideas, quotation documents, and sales collaterals.

Company Settings > Playbooks: 

  • Navigate to the Company Settings from the left bottom side of you screen
  • Locate Analysis and click on Playbooks
  • Click on Add Playbook

How It Works:

When you create or edit a Playbook:

  1. Define the sections or questions you want included.
  2. Add context or a custom prompt if you want the document to follow a specific tone or structure.
  3. Outdoo AI's AI will then generate the document based on your customised structure.

🔄 CRM Sync – Seamless Data Transfer

Another powerful feature is that Playbook data can also be synced with your CRM. This means:

  • The responses or data collected via the Playbook are not just visible in Outdoo AI.
  • They also get pushed into your CRM fields automatically — helping you maintain clean, structured data in your CRM without manual entry.

💡 Note: To make this work, ensure that the corresponding CRM fields are mapped correctly while creating the Playbook. You’ll be able to choose which Playbook section maps to which CRM field during setup.
