Cause:
Outdoo AI's system is designed to trigger the notetaker only if the meeting is rescheduled or edited more than 30 minutes before the original scheduled time. Any modifications made less than 30 minutes before the meeting may prevent the notetaker from joining.

Workaround:
You can manually record the meeting by following these steps:

1. Go to the Home Screen
2. On the home screen, find the "Shortcuts" section.
3. Choose the "Record a call" option to manually start the recording for your meeting.

This will ensure that the meeting is recorded even if the notetaker does not join automatically.
