Why aren’t specific calls being scored on Outdoo AI?
If certain calls are not being scored, please review the following points:
- Internal Meetings:
- Internal meetings are not scored on Outdoo AI. Ensure the call in question is with an external customer or prospect.
- Short Meeting:
- Call less than 90 secs are not rated. We do this as there is not enough conversation to generate a score.
- Coaching Initiative Assignment:
- Confirm that a coaching initiative is assigned to the relevant team, user, or deal stage.
- To check this:
- Go to Company Settings > Coaching > Manage Initiatives, or
- Navigate to Coaching from the left-hand menu and select Manage Initiatives.
