Why aren't specific calls being scored on Outdoo AI?
Learn why specific calls aren't being scored on Outdoo AI and how to resolve common issues like internal meetings, short call duration, and missing coaching initiative assignments.
If certain calls are not being scored, check the following points.
- Internal meetings. Internal meetings are not scored on Outdoo AI. Make sure the call in question is with an external customer or prospect.
- Short meetings. Calls shorter than 90 seconds are not scored. There is not enough conversation to generate a meaningful score at that length.
- Coaching initiative assignment. Confirm that a coaching initiative is assigned to the relevant team, user, or deal stage. To check:
- Go to Company Settings > Coaching > Manage Initiatives, or
- Navigate to Coaching from the left-hand menu and select Manage Initiatives.
