Why aren’t specific calls being scored on Outdoo AI?

If certain calls are not being scored, please review the following points:

  1. Internal Meetings:
    • Internal meetings are not scored on Outdoo AI. Ensure the call in question is with an external customer or prospect.
  2. Short Meeting:
    • Call less than 90 secs are not rated. We do this as there is not enough conversation to generate a score.
  3. Coaching Initiative Assignment:
    • Confirm that a coaching initiative is assigned to the relevant team, user, or deal stage.
    • To check this:
      • Go to Company SettingsCoachingManage Initiatives, or
      • Navigate to Coaching from the left-hand menu and select Manage Initiatives.
