Intro to courses
Courses turn your roleplay agents into a structured training program. Instead of sending reps a list of agents to practice, a course gives them a defined path — what to practice, in what order, by when, and what it takes to pass.
What courses are good for
- Onboarding new hires with a repeatable, consistent sequence
- Running multi-week skill development programs with checkpoints
- Certifying reps on specific skills or methodologies before they go live
- Delivering training to cohorts — same content, different timelines per group
- Integrating Outdoo practice into your LMS via SCORM export
How a course looks for learners
When a rep opens a course, they see the list of roleplay sessions (lessons), any attached resources, their current completion status, and the passing criteria. They can start where they left off and, if re-attempts are allowed, retry any session they did not pass.
Progress is tracked automatically. Managers can see who has completed the course, who is in progress, and who has not started.
Getting started
Go to Manage > Courses to create and manage courses. You need at least one published roleplay agent to add as a lesson.
