Why aren’t calls for a specific person being scored on Outdoo AI?

If calls for a particular team member aren’t being scored, please review the following possible causes:

  1. Manager Status (for Team Assignments):
    • If the user is assigned to a team, ensure the team’s manager is active in the system. Inactive managers can prevent call scoring for team members.
  2. Initiative Assignment:
    • Verify that the coaching initiative is directly assigned to the user. Calls won’t be scored if no initiative is linked to the individual.
  3. No Multiple Nesting:
    • Ensure the initiative assignment does not involve multiple levels of nesting (e.g., assigning to a sub-team under another team). Initiatives should be assigned directly to the user or their immediate team.

How to Check Assignments:

  • Go to Company SettingsCoachingManage Initiatives.
  • Alternatively, navigate to Coaching on the left-hand menu and select Manage Initiatives.

How to Check Manager Status:

  • Go to Company SettingsTeam management under People Setting
