What does Outdoo AI Do?

Outdoo is a unified AI roleplay, coaching, and workflow simulation platform for customer-facing teams.

Outdoo connects three things that most training tools separate: practice before customer conversations, coaching on real calls, and simulation of the post-call work that happens after the call ends. The idea is that each should inform the others — what reps struggle with in roleplay should shape which calls managers focus on, and what goes wrong in live calls should feed back into how training is designed.

Roleplay and practice

Before a rep takes a live call, they can practice against an AI agent that behaves like a real buyer. Agents can be built from actual calls, transcripts, battlecards, or custom prompts. The agent raises objections, asks follow-up questions, and responds differently depending on what the rep says.

Practice formats include full discovery or demo calls, micro-learning for a single objection or moment, gatekeeper scenarios, multi-persona calls with up to three AI buyers, in-person roleplay for face-to-face meetings, and video avatar calls for reps who sell on video.

After each session, the rep receives a scorecard and feedback on what they handled well and where they lost momentum.

Coaching on live calls

When a rep takes a real customer call, Outdoo captures and transcribes it. Managers can review the call, leave timestamped comments, and score it against the same scorecard the rep used in practice. Because the scoring logic is consistent across roleplay and live calls, it becomes possible to see whether skills practiced in training are showing up in execution.

Coaching data — scorecard trends, initiative scores, team-level patterns — is available in the Coaching and Insights sections. This is where managers identify gaps that need targeted practice and where leaders see whether training programs are actually changing behavior.

Workflow simulation

After a call ends, there is work to do: updating the CRM, selecting a call disposition, logging notes, completing required fields. Outdoo's software simulation replicates this in a controlled environment — reps practice the post-call workflow against a replica of the real system before running it on live deals.

Every step is tracked: which fields were filled, which were skipped, where the rep got stuck. Managers can see accuracy at the step level, not just overall. This matters most when rolling out a new CRM process, onboarding new hires, or improving data quality on a workflow that has a lot of variation.

What Outdoo connects to

What you see in your account depends on how your organization is set up. Common connections include:

  • CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, and others) — for deal and account context
  • Calendar (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) — for automatic meeting capture
  • Dialers (Outreach, Salesloft, Dialpad, Zoom Phone, and others) — for inbound call recordings
  • LMS and LXP platforms via SCORM or xAPI — for course completion tracking in your existing learning system
  • Gong and Clari — for importing calls as roleplay source material

Integrations extend Outdoo's reach. The core workflows — practice, coaching, simulation — live inside Outdoo regardless of which external tools are connected.
