Why are my scores not accurate on Outdoo AI?

If you find that call scores are not accurate, please review the following areas:

  1. Check Scoring Parameters:
    • Ensure that the correct parameters are selected for scoring. Inaccurate or misaligned parameters can lead to unexpected results.
  2. Review Weightages:
    • Verify the weightages assigned to each parameter. Adjusting weightages can improve the accuracy of the overall score.
  3. Change Scoring Model (if needed):
    • If the current model doesn’t reflect your scoring needs, consider changing the scoring model to better align with your goals.
  4. How to Update Scoring Settings:
    • Go to Company SettingsCoachingManage Initiatives, or
    • Navigate to Coaching from the left-hand menu and select Manage Initiatives to review and edit scoring configurations.
