Why are my scores not accurate on Outdoo AI?
If you find that call scores are not accurate, please review the following areas:
- Check Scoring Parameters:
- Ensure that the correct parameters are selected for scoring. Inaccurate or misaligned parameters can lead to unexpected results.
- Review Weightages:
- Verify the weightages assigned to each parameter. Adjusting weightages can improve the accuracy of the overall score.
- Change Scoring Model (if needed):
- If the current model doesn’t reflect your scoring needs, consider changing the scoring model to better align with your goals.
- How to Update Scoring Settings:
- Go to Company Settings > Coaching > Manage Initiatives, or
- Navigate to Coaching from the left-hand menu and select Manage Initiatives to review and edit scoring configurations.
