Introduction to Insights

Insights show whether training and coaching are changing what reps do on real calls.

The Insights section gives leaders and managers a view of team performance that spans both practice and live conversations. Rather than showing just activity — who completed which training — Insights shows behavior: which skills are improving, which are not, and where the gaps between roleplay performance and live call performance are widest.

Team performance

Navigate to Insights > Team to see how reps are allocating practice time and how their scorecard scores trend over time. This view helps you identify which reps are improving and which are stuck, and whether the team as a whole is developing the skills your training programs are targeting. Top performers' patterns are visible here — managers can use them to calibrate coaching for the rest of the team.

Win/loss analysis

Visit Insights > Win/Loss to see which conversation patterns show up in won versus lost deals. This is useful for calibrating roleplay agents and scorecards — if a behavior that Outdoo does not currently score for appears consistently in won deals, it is a signal to add it. Sales leaders and enablement teams use this view to keep training content connected to what actually drives outcomes rather than what was important when the scorecard was first built.

Tracker trends

Access Insights > Team > Trackers to see how often specific topics, competitors, or objections are coming up in live calls. Tracker data shows what is changing in your market — new objections emerging, competitors being mentioned more frequently, topics surfacing in calls that were not there before. This feeds directly into decisions about which roleplay agents to update and which new scenarios to build.
