Add Transcript language for user
Multiple transcript languages can be added to a user settings
One user can be handling multilingual sales call where they need to talk according to the customer's convenience. To ensure, Outdoo AI captures the complete conversation no matter the language of the call, you can add multiple transcript language to capture all the important details.
How to add more language for a user?
1. Navigate to User Management
2. Select the respective user and scroll down to Transcription langage.
3. Select one of more languages as per your requirements and click on Save Details.
