Webex integration is available only on request. Please reach out to support@outdoo.ai to activate it for your account.
With the Webex integration, Outdoo AI uses Webex's API to:
- Access information about upcoming scheduled meetings
- Associate meeting hosts and participants with your CRM contacts
- Automatically assign the meeting host as the call owner, where applicable
You can also use the Outdoo AI consent page for meetings set up using a one-time link or a personal meeting room.
The Webex integration is recommended for full functionality but is not required to record calls on Webex.
Before You Begin
Ensure the following setting is enabled in Webex:
Enable third-party apps and developers to integrate with Webex Meetings using REST APIs
Where to find this setting:
If your organization uses Cisco Webex Site Administration: go to Webex > Site Admin > Common Site Settings > Options
If your organization uses Cisco Control Hub: go to Webex > Site Admin > Common Site Settings > Third-party integration
How to Connect Webex with Outdoo AI
In Outdoo AI, navigate to Company Settings > Webex and click CONNECT.
Sign in with your Webex admin credentials and authorize Outdoo AI to access Webex meeting data.
Outdoo AI requests the "all_read" scope, which provides read-only access to all Webex resources available to the authenticated user.
