Webex integration is available only on request, please reach out to [email protected]  to activate it for your account.

With the Webex integration, Outdoo AI uses Webex's API to:

• Access information about upcoming scheduled meetings
• Associate meeting hosts and participants with your CRM contacts
• Automatically assign the meeting host as the call owner, where applicable

You can also use the Outdoo AI consent page for meetings set up using a one-time link or a personal meeting room.

Note: The Webex integration is recommended for enhanced functionality but is not required to record calls on Webex.

Before You Begin

Ensure the following setting is enabled in Webex:

Enable third-party apps and developers to integrate with Webex Meetings using REST APIs

Where to find this:

If your organization uses Cisco Webex Site Administration:
Go to Webex > Site Admin > Common Site Settings > Options

If your organization uses Cisco Control Hub:
Go to Webex > Site Admin > Common Site Settings > Third-party integration

How to Connect Webex with Outdoo AI

In Outdoo AI, navigate to Company Settings > Webex >Click CONNECT

Sign in with your Webex admin credentials and authorize Outdoo AI to access Webex meeting data

Outdoo AI requests the “all_read” scope, which provides read-only access to all Webex resources available to the authenticated user.
