Dialer calls not recorded or missing from conversation list

If dialer calls are not appearing in your conversation list or are not being recorded, work through the steps below.

Reconnect your dialer integration

  • Go to the Integrations section in Outdoo AI.
  • Locate your dialer and click Reconnect to refresh the connection.

Verify call duration

  • Ensure the call lasted at least 90 seconds.
  • Calls shorter than 90 seconds may not be recorded or shown in the conversation list.

Check for network disruptions

  • Confirm there were no network interruptions during the call that could have prevented proper recording.
