Dialer Calls Not Recorded or Missing from Conversation List
Reconnect Your Dialer Integration:
- Go to the Integrations section in Outdoo AI.
- Locate your dialer and click Reconnect to refresh the connection.
Verify Call Duration:
- Ensure the call lasted at least 90 seconds.
- Calls shorter than 90 seconds may not be recorded or displayed in the conversation list.
Check for Network Disruptions:
- Confirm there were no network interruptions during the call that could prevent proper recording.
