Data privacy and account data
Outdoo provides controls for downloading your account data and, where required, deleting it. These settings are available at Settings > Conversation Capture > Data Privacy and Protection.
Downloading your data
You can request a complete export of your Outdoo account data. Click Request Data Dump. Outdoo will prepare the export and email it to your registered address. The export includes call recordings, transcripts, and account data associated with your workspace.
This is useful for compliance audits, migrating off the platform, or keeping an offline record of your data.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It removes call recordings, calendar meetings, user data, and all integration connections for your workspace. Once confirmed, the data cannot be recovered.
To delete, click Delete Account and confirm the action. A warning will display the full scope of what will be deleted before you confirm.
Things to know
- There is no granular data retention configuration — you cannot set different retention periods for recordings versus transcripts, or selectively delete specific data types.
- If you need to delete a specific call recording rather than your entire account, do so from the individual call page (call owner, manager, or admin access required).
- For GDPR deletion requests from individual contacts who appeared on your calls, contact support@outdoo.ai — these are handled case by case.
- Outdoo is GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and SOC 2 compliant. For compliance documentation or Data Processing Agreements, contact your account manager.
