You can search for specific calls using various filters, sort the results to pinpoint precisely what you need, upload new calls, download call data, and more.

Getting Started

- Go to Conversations > Calls
- On the left hand side of the page you can see a few pre-added options for you to filter your calls
- Click on Add filters at the bottom of the left hand side of filters the page
- Once you add the filters you want, you will see an option to select Save filter for future use
