How to Create an AI Model

1. Access the AI Models Section

Here you can provide the essential information the model needs to learn about your business, making sure all subsequent training and configuration is anchored in your company context.

  • Navigate to Company SettingsCompanyAI Models
  • You’ll land on the “About Company” tab by default

2. Set Up Basic Product Information

This step helps the model learn about your brand identity, core offerings, and how you present yourself to the market. By entering your product name, main product URL, and social media profiles, you give the AI the foundational context it needs to represent your company accurately. This ensures that during coaching simulations, roleplays, or customer-facing interactions, the model communicates in a way that’s consistent with your brand and aligned with your strategic messaging.

  • Enter your product name (required)
  • Add your main product URL (required)
  • Include social media profiles (optional but recommended)

3. Add Training Content

  • Click “Add” to add web pages for AI training
  • Enter a descriptive page name
  • Provide the full URL
  • You can add up to 15 pages

4. Configure Questions & Objections

This helps the model understand the most common questions, concerns, and objections your customers raise, along with the ideal responses. By configuring Q&A pairs, you’re effectively training the AI to mirror how your team handles tough conversations—whether it’s clarifying product features, addressing pricing concerns, or overcoming hesitation. Capturing these scenarios not only sharpens the model’s ability to respond with accuracy and confidence but also ensures consistency in messaging across coaching simulations, roleplays, and customer-facing interactions. Over time, this builds a stronger knowledge base that reflects your team’s best practices and reinforces your positioning in the market.

  • Switch to the “Questions & Objections” tab
  • Click “Add Question” to create Q&A pairs
  • Enter common customer questions and your preferred answers
  • Save each Q&A pair

5. Define Customer Personas

Adding Customer Personas help the model gain a deeper understanding of who your ideal customers are, what they care about, and how they make decisions. By creating detailed personas with names, priority levels, value propositions, and common struggles, you provide the AI with a structured lens through which to interpret customer behavior. Over time, this makes the AI more effective at personalizing conversations, anticipating objections, and aligning solutions with customer needs—just like your best sales reps would.

  • Navigate to the “Personas” tab
  • Click “Add New Persona”
  • Fill in persona details:
    • Name and priority level
    • Value proposition
    • Common struggles
    • Time spent on activities

6. Set Up Product Offerings

This helps the model build a deep understanding of your core offerings and capabilities, ensuring it can accurately reflect your value proposition in real-world scenarios. By feeding the model with structured information about your products, services, and differentiators, you enable it to internalize what makes your company unique.

  • Go to the “Offerings” tab
  • Click “Add Offering”
  • Define your products/services with features and benefits
  • Add compelling quotes for each feature

7. Add Competitor Information

This step helps the model understand and internalize your unique selling proposition (USP) and core competencies. By clearly defining what sets your business apart—whether it’s product innovation, service quality, or market expertise—you enable the model to capture and reflect those differentiators in every interaction. This ensures the AI not only responds accurately but also reinforces your brand’s strengths, positioning you more effectively against competitors and aligning the model’s output with your strategic objectives.

  • Switch to the “Competitors” tab
  • Click “Add Competitor”
  • Enter competitor details and product URLs

8. Include Customer Stories and Case Studies

This helps the model absorb real-world examples of how your product creates impact, by learning from customer stories and case studies. When you document challenges faced by customers, the solutions you provided, and the measurable outcomes achieved, the model develops a richer understanding of your product’s effectiveness. These stories serve as proof points that highlight your credibility, showcase your USP in action, and allow the AI to reference authentic success narratives during coaching simulations, roleplays, or customer-facing scenarios.

  • Navigate to the “Customer Stories” tab
  • Click “Add Story”
  • Document customer success stories with problems, solutions, and outcomes
