📋 Pre-requisites

• You must be on Dialpad Pro or Enterprise plan
• Only Company Admins can create and access API keys

🔑 How to Create a Dialpad API Key

1. Login to Dialpad as a Company Admin
2. Navigate to: Admin Settings → My Company → Authentication → API Key
3. Click Create New Key and give it a name
4. Click on Additional Scope and check all available options
5. If you don’t see the option to create an API key, please contact Dialpad Support

🔧 How to Integrate Dialpad with Outdoo AI

1. Login to Outdoo AI 
2. Go to My Settings → Dialers
3. Under the Dialer section, locate Dialpad
4. Click Connect
5. Paste the API Key you created in Dialpad
6. You’re all set! Your Dialpad call recordings will start syncing into Outdoo AI automatically.
