Introduction to Search

Welcome to Outdoo AI's search feature, your go-to tool for sales coaching and intelligence. Our search functionality allows you to explore companies, accounts, calls, and more. Dive into the details of any call and search in any supported language to pinpoint exactly what was discussed. You can even look for specific concepts mentioned during a call.

General Search

The general search option is conveniently located in the top navigation bar. Use this feature to find customer accounts, calls with particular team members or customers, and calls with specific phrases. 

Searching for Specific Calls

To locate specific calls, navigate to Conversations > Calls. Here, you can filter calls based on participants, deal stage, call duration, account, trackers, etc. With over 100 filters available, you can precisely find the calls you need. For further details, see our guide on finding a call.

Search Within a Call

On a specific call page, you can use the search bar in the Transcript tab on the top left panel to search for words or phrases spoken during the call. This feature lets you quickly access the information you need from any call.
