Share a call snippet
Learn how to create, save, and share focused call segments called snippets to highlight key moments and collaborate with your team or customers.
Call snippets are short, focused segments of a call. They are useful for highlighting key moments such as a customer request, feedback, or a question you want help answering. Snippets can be shared with customers or colleagues, saved in the library, embedded in third-party applications, and more without affecting the original call. You can create as many snippets as needed from a single call.
How to create a call snippet
From the call timeline
- Open the call page and navigate to the playback screen.
- Click the Snippet icon below the call screen. Yellow bars will appear on the timeline. Drag the bars to select the segment you want. The selected segment is also highlighted in the transcript, and adjustments to either the timeline bars or transcript pointers stay in sync.
- Once your snippet is selected, the action menu opens. From here you can:
- Share the snippet internally or with customers.
- Save the snippet to the library.

- Share: Send snippets to your team or to customers.
- Collaborate: Use comments to get feedback or discuss specific points.
- Save to library: Keep snippets organised for coaching, training, or follow-ups.
