Learn how to use Revie, Outdoo's AI assistant, to ask questions about your deals, calls, team performance, and get intelligent answers powered by your actual data.

Revie is Outdoo's AI assistant. You can ask it questions about your deals, calls, team performance, and product configuration — and it answers using your actual data rather than a generic response.

Access Revie from the search bar at the top of your workspace. It works in the web app, mobile app, and Slack.

What you can ask Revie

Deal and pipeline questions

Ask about the current status of a deal, what was discussed on the last call with a specific account, who the active contacts are, or what objections have come up. Revie pulls from your call recordings and CRM data and links back to the source so you can verify anything it surfaces.

Examples: "What's the status of the Acme deal?" or "What objections came up in my last three discovery calls with TechCorp?"

Roleplay bot changes

You can ask Revie to help update a roleplay agent — add a new objection, make the persona less verbose, adjust the scenario. It shows you the suggested changes, and you can immediately test the updated agent before deciding whether to keep the change.

Examples: "Add a pricing objection to my Enterprise Discovery bot" or "Make the gatekeeper persona more resistant."

Scorecard improvements

Ask Revie to suggest additions or refinements to an existing scorecard — new criteria, alternative scoring methods, or guidance on what to evaluate for a specific call type.

Examples: "What criteria am I missing from my cold call scorecard?" or "Add an active listening metric to my discovery scorecard."

Automated reports

Ask Revie to set up a report with specific filters — closed-won deals this quarter, calls scored above 80, reps with fewer than two coaching sessions in the last month — and it will configure the view and optionally send it to you via Slack or email on a schedule.

Product how-to

Ask Revie how to do anything in Outdoo: "How do I create a new workspace?" or "Where do I set up CRM field mapping?" It returns the relevant steps and links directly to the setting or page.

MCP integrations

Revie can connect to third-party tools through MCP (Model Context Protocol). This lets it pull data from your CRM, your content management system, or other tools in your stack and include that context in its answers. Contact your account manager to set up MCP integrations.
