Fixing Incorrect Speaker Identification in Call Recordings
Sometimes, during a call recording, speakers may be misidentified. For example, what you said might appear under another participant’s name, and vice versa. To ensure your insights and highlights are accurate, you can quickly correct this.
Steps to Switch Speakers
Go to Manage Speaker
Open the call recording where the misidentified speaker issue occurred.
Click on Manage Speaker.
Reassign the Speakers
Select the incorrectly identified speaker.
Change it to the correct participant’s name (e.g., switch Paras to Udesh).
Save and Regenerate
After making the changes, click Save.
Then, Regenerate the insights.
Updated Insights
Within a minute or two, the call’s highlights, outline, and perspective will update automatically to reflect the correct speaker assignment.

Our system is designed to identify speakers as accurately as possible, but in rare cases, errors may occur.
Using the Manage Speaker feature ensures you always have precise highlights and insights.
