Fixing Incorrect Speaker Identification in Call Recordings

Learn how to quickly correct misidentified speakers in call recordings and regenerate insights to ensure accurate highlights and analysis.

Sometimes speakers may be misidentified in a call recording. For example, what you said might appear under another participant's name, and vice versa. To ensure your insights and highlights are accurate, you can correct this quickly.

Steps to Switch Speakers

Open the call recording where the misidentified speaker issue occurred, then click on Manage Speaker.

Select the incorrectly identified speaker and change it to the correct participant's name (for example, switch Paras to Udesh).

After making the changes, click Save, then click Regenerate to refresh the insights.

Within a minute or two, the call's highlights, outline, and perspective will update automatically to reflect the correct speaker assignment.

Important Notes

The system is designed to identify speakers as accurately as possible, but errors may occur in rare cases. Using the Manage Speaker feature ensures you always have precise highlights and insights.
