How to Customise Slack Alerts for Meetings in Outdoo AI?

Outdoo AI allows you to customise Slack alerts for meetings by selecting a default Slack channel for your workspace and enabling alerts at the workspace level. Follow the steps below to set up Slack alerts:

1. Go to Company Settings:
   • Navigate to the Company Settings page in Outdoo AI.
2. Access the Ecosystem Section:
   • In the left-hand menu, select Eco System.
3. Open Slack Integration:
   • Click on Slack Integration to access Slack-related settings.
4. Scroll Down to Slack Settings:
   • Scroll all the way down on the page until you locate the Slack Settings section.
5. Select a Default Slack Channel:
   • Choose the default Slack #channel where meeting alerts will be sent.
6. Enable Alerts at Workspace Level:
   • Toggle the option to enable Slack alerts for meetings at the workspace level.
7. Save Your Changes:
   • Click Save to apply your settings.

Your Slack alerts are now set up and customised as per your preference.
