Software simulation (new feature)

Outdoo now includes workflow simulation, a controlled environment where reps practice post-call processes like CRM updates, call dispositioning, and data entry against a replica of your real system, before running them on live data. Every field input, navigation step, and validation action is tracked and scored against the correct path.

Admins can build simulations for any browser-based workflow and assign them directly to reps or inside courses. See Intro to software simulation and Create a workflow simulation for setup details.

First interaction toggle in Roleplay Types

Roleplay Type creation now includes a first interaction toggle. When enabled, it tells the AI buyer that this is a cold or first-contact scenario. This changes how the AI opens the conversation and how it responds in the early exchanges.

Enable this for cold calls, initial discovery, and SDR handoff introductions. Leave it off for follow-up calls, renewals, and scenarios where relationship context already exists. See First interaction flag in Roleplay Types for details.

Team Management fixes

Restored missing fields in the Member Details modal under Settings > People Settings > Team Management. The edit and create flows for Extension, transcript languages, Recording Consent Profile, LMS Learner ID, email, designation, and manager default selection are all working correctly again.

Skills radar improvements

Skill labels are now trimmed for consistent display across scorecards and skill forms. Skills radar data is also deduplicated, so performance charts no longer show repeated skill values.

Analytics and performance UI

Updated views across Trackers, Objectives, Agent Comparison, and Roleplay Type Details. Tracker smart icon behavior and filter updates are also included in this release.

Resources section

A dedicated Resources section is now available to centralize training materials, documentation, and reference content for roleplay scenarios and AI agents. Files stored here can be attached to agents, scorecards, and courses.

AI scorecard generation with resources

Scorecard generation now incorporates attached resources for more context-aware scoring. Scorecards also support attaching relevant resources directly to individual entries, creating a direct link between scoring criteria and the reference materials reps can use when reviewing feedback.

Agent creation from file attachments

You can now create and fine-tune AI agents by uploading training files and documents directly during agent creation. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, and TXT. Multiple files can be uploaded in a single session.

Agent creation flow improvements

The agent creation workflow has a new step-by-step interface with improved validation, clearer progress indicators, and real-time feedback during setup.

Scorecard Weightage and Scorecard Priority settings have been improved. Scorecard Weightage controls how strongly a scorecard applies for a call. Scorecard Priority defines which scorecard takes precedence when more than one could apply. These changes lead to more accurate evaluations and better coaching signals.
