Intro to Resources

Resources is a dedicated area to centralize training materials, documentation, and reference content for roleplay scenarios and AI agents.

Files are stored in a shared library and can be attached anywhere the product supports it—for example AI scorecard generation, scorecard settings, and agent creation.

Why use Resources?

  • One library, many uses — Upload once; reuse across scorecards, agents, and courses.
  • Consistent standards — Coaches and admins pull from the same approved documents.
  • Easier maintenance — Update a file in the library rather than scattered copies in prompts or rubrics.

Related features

Resources power AI scorecard generation with attachments, scorecards with attached resources, and agent creation / fine-tuning with files. See also the overview of all four capabilities.

About Resources

The Resources section lets you upload, view, and manage files that describe how reps should be trained, how calls should be scored, or how agents should behave. After upload, materials appear in pickers when you attach documents to workflows.

Supported file types commonly include PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), plain text (TXT), CSV, Excel (XLSX). Exact allowances depend on your workspace configuration.
