Courses Overview

Outdoo AI Courses allow you to design structured training programs for your team using roleplays, resources, and assessments. Courses help streamline coaching, track progress, and integrate seamlessly with your LMS.

What Are Courses in Outdoo AI?

Courses in Outdoo AI function like a traditional learning module:

  • Resources: Training material such as documents, scripts, or videos.
  • Quizzes/Roleplays: Interactive scenarios or lessons where team members practice skills.
  • Timeline: Define deadlines or learning durations.
  • Participants: Assign to individuals, teams, or all members.
  • Progress Tracking: Define passing criteria and monitor results.

With Outdoo AI, courses are unique because they are built around roleplays. Team members attempt scenarios, receive ratings, and must meet pass criteria to complete the course

How Courses Look for Team Members

When a team member starts a course, they will see:

  • The number of roleplay bots (“lessons”) in the course.
  • Resources attached for training.
  • A progress tracker showing completion status.
  • The passing criteria (e.g., attempt 4 roleplays and pass at least 3).
  • Ability to continue from where they left off.

This creates a structured, gamified learning experience.
