Zapier Integration: 3 Simple Steps

1. Add Outdoo AI as a Connection
2. Set a Trigger (Define the event that starts the workflow)
3. Set an Action (Specify what happens next)

Let’s dive into each step

Step 1: Add Outdoo AI as a Connection in Zapier

• Log in to your Zapier account.
• Navigate to My Apps and click + New Connection.
• Search for Outdoo AI and select it.
• Authenticate by entering your Outdoo AI API key. How to generate Outdoo AI API token?

This will setup a connection Zapier-Outdoo AI connection. Next step, set a trigger!

Step 2: Set a trigger in Zapier

• Create an 'Alert' in Outdoo AI which will be sent as trigger. How to create alert?
• Select Outdoo AI as App and 'New Outdoo AI Call' as event
• In Trigger select from the drop down. List of trigger shown here will be same as 'Alerts' you have set in Outdoo AI
• Test and verify

Step 3: Set action in Zapier

• Select App you want and set an event. Proceed as suggested in Zapier

Congrats! your Zap is now set. Your event will be created for new meetings going forward.
