Set up the Zapier integration in 3 steps
Step 1: Add Outdoo AI as a connection in Zapier
- Log in to your Zapier account.
- Navigate to My Apps and click + New Connection.
- Search for Outdoo AI and select it.
- Authenticate by entering your Outdoo AI API key. How to generate an Outdoo AI API token.
This creates a connection between Zapier and Outdoo AI. Next, set a trigger.
Step 2: Set a trigger in Zapier
- Create an alert in Outdoo AI to use as the trigger. How to create an alert.
- Select Outdoo AI as the app and New Outdoo AI Call as the event.
- In the Trigger dropdown, select from the list. The options shown match the alerts you have set in Outdoo AI.
- Test and verify the trigger.
Step 3: Set an action in Zapier
- Select the app you want and set an event. Follow the steps provided in Zapier to complete the action setup.
Your Zap is now active. Events will be created for new meetings going forward.
