Why aren’t my calls being scored on Outdoo AI?

There could be a few reasons why your meetings aren’t being scored. Please check the following:

  1. Initiative Assigned: Ensure that an initiative has been assigned to the meeting. Without an initiative, meetings cannot be scored.
  2. Internal Calls: Internal calls (calls between team members) are not rated. If your meeting was between internal team members, it won’t be scored.
  3. Meeting Duration: Meetings that are shorter than 90 seconds are not scored. If your meeting was brief, it may not have met the time requirement for scoring.

Coaching Initiatives Assignment:

  • Ensure that coaching initiatives are assigned to the correct team, team member, or deal stage.
  • To verify or update this:
    • Navigate to Company Settings.
    • Locate Coaching and click on Manage Initiatives.
    • Alternatively, you can access this via Coaching > Manage Initiatives from the left-hand menu.
