Clone a Buyer Bot

Cloning a bot in Outdoo AI saves time when you want to reuse an existing bot with only small changes. Instead of recreating a new bot from scratch, you can duplicate an existing one and adjust details as needed.

Why Clone a Bot?

Cloning is helpful when you want to:

Reuse the structure of an existing bot without rebuilding it.

Convert a bot from one call type to another (e.g., Cold Call → Warm Call, Warm Call → Discovery Call).

Make minor changes (e.g., add new objections, adjust priorities, or change the bot persona).

Steps to Clone a Bot

Navigate to Buyer Bots

From the navigation menu, go to Buyer Bots.

Select a Bot

Find the bot you want to clone.

Open the Options Menu

Click the three dots (⋮) next to the bot.

Choose “Clone As”

Select Clone As from the menu.

Pick the desired call type (Cold, Warm, Discovery, or any custom call type you have set up).

Review the Cloned Bot

The new bot will copy all instructions and structure from the original bot.

The only change will be the bot type (e.g., converted from Warm Call to Cold Call).

Edit the Cloned Bot

Make any adjustments:

Add/remove objections.

Change priorities.

Update the bot persona.

Refine the script.

Publish the Bot

Once edits are complete, click Next → Next → Publish.

The new bot will now appear in your list, ready to use.
