The integration brings together Dynamics 365's lead management and Outdoo AI's conversational intelligence.

How to integrate Dynamics 365 with Outdoo AI
- Log into your Outdoo AI account and navigate to the Integrations section.
- Scroll to the Dialers section and choose Dynamics 365.
- Click Connect and authorize the integration by logging into your Dynamics 365 account.
- Once connected, Outdoo AI will automatically start syncing your call recordings.
Prerequisites
- A Dynamics 365 account with the necessary permissions to enable API integrations.
- Access to call recording and management features in Dynamics 365.
Permissions
The Outdoo AI app requests the following permissions for MS Dynamics 365 CRM:
Access Common Data Services — Limited to the access the requesting user has in the Dynamics CRM app.
Maintain access to data — Used to fetch the refresh token and maintain access to CRM data. This also provides read and write access to update custom fields and notes (for the Playbook feature).
View your basic profile — Required to fetch user details and map deals from users to MR / Dynamics CRM.
All read/write operations are limited to Dynamics CRM. No other application or data is accessed through these permissions.
