How to Integrate Dynamics365 with Outdoo AI
- Access the Integrations Page: Log into your Outdoo AI account and navigate to the Integrations section.
- Select Dynamics365: Scroll to the Dialers section and choose Dynamics365.
- Connect Your Account: Click Connect and authorize the integration by logging into your Dynamics365 account.
- Sync and Start Analyzing: Once connected, Outdoo AI will automatically start syncing your call recordings, allowing you to begin analyzing your conversations.
Pre-requisites
- Ensure that you have a Dynamics365 account with the necessary permissions to enable API integrations.
- Your Dynamics365 account must have access to call recording and management features
Permissions
The requested permissions asked by the Outdoo AI app for MS Dynamics365 CRM are as follows -
Access Common Data services - This is limited to the access the requested user has in the DynamicsCRM app.
Maintain Access to Data - This is to fetch the refresh_token to maintain access to the data in the CRM. This also providers the Read and Write access to the data within the CRM to update custom fields and notes (For Playbook feature use)
View your Basic Profile - This is required to fetch user details and used to map the deals of users to MR -- Dynamics CRM
Please note that all the read/write operations are limited to Dynamics CRM, and no other application/data is accessed via this permission.
