# Outdoo AI and VICIdial

Learn how to integrate VICIdial with Outdoo AI to automatically sync call recordings, access conversation intelligence, and improve team performance through data-driven coaching.

By integrating VICIdial with Outdoo AI, you can automatically sync call recordings, gain insights, and improve your sales or support strategies. This integration centralizes all your VICIdial interactions within Outdoo AI, providing tools for call analysis and performance improvement.

## What This Integration Does

**Automatic Call Sync:** Sync all your VICIdial call recordings into Outdoo AI, so every conversation is easy to find and track.

**Transcripts:** Convert your VICIdial call recordings into accurate transcripts, simplifying the review process and enabling deeper analysis.

**Conversation Intelligence:** Get insights such as talk-to-listen ratio, keyword mentions from your trackers, and other call metrics.

**Call Summaries:** Generate detailed summaries that highlight key moments, action items, and next steps.

**Sales and Support Coaching:** Use data-driven insights from VICIdial conversations to coach your team and improve performance over time.

## How to Integrate VICIdial with Outdoo AI

-   Go to **Company Settings > Conversation Capture > Dialers**.

-   Find **VICI** in the list and click **Connect** on its card.

-   On the integration page, click **Connect**.

-   In the **Enter Details** form, enter your VICIdial domain in **API URL** and your VICIdial login in **User** and **Password**, then click **Connect**.

-   When the connection succeeds, the status on the page changes to **Connected**.

Your VICIdial recordings will now sync to Outdoo AI automatically and appear in **Real Calls > History**.
